At SOLARENA, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- How to initiate a return: To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@solarenaswim.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
2. Refunds
- Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@solarenaswim.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
